If you are seeing the "buy issue" or "subscribe" options rather than "download" or "view" please note:
- Subscriptions are for the current issue and future issues only (never back issues)
- iTunes customers that can not see purchased issues please restore purchases
- iTunes customers do not have user names or passwords and do not need to sign in to the app
- Publisher customers should contact the publisher if they are missing any issues (About > Contact Publisher)

I have a subscription to Stereophile through Dec ‘22. I still can’t get into the app. It’s confusing to me . Why bother having the app if it won’t let me use it?
