If you need to restore your device to factory settings, there was an error message during the purchase process, or you have recently downloaded a new app then it is possible to restore purchases. To do this:
- Tap on the menu icon
> go to "Settings"
- Select "Restore Purchases"
- The application will then check your purchase status with the store. This can take a few minutes.
- Once completed, close the settings menu and return to "Store" where you should have a "Download" option your purchased issues. If this is still not the case, please close the application and open it again to make sure the "Store" reflects the latest information. This may take several attempts as the store may not respond at the first try.

It is only possible to restore purchases made via Google Play. Please contact the Publisher for Publisher or third party purchases.
