Getting to Know the Application – Zinio Apps

Once the app has been downloaded from the Google Play Store, when you first open it, the "Store" page will open by default. This article gives an overview of the various options and settings available in the App.

Profile: opens the “profile” window (see below for more info)
Store: brings you back to the store
My library: brings you back to the library
My Bookmarks: opens the bookmarks menu
Last Read Article: directs you to the last viewed page
Settings: opens the “Settings” window (see below for more info)

Profile

Sign in: for Google Play Purchases it is not necessary to sign in. You will need to sign in only if you have received login credentials from the publisher
Change Your name: To change your in app User Name
Change password: To change your password
Sign out: To log out of the app

Settings

Restore Purchases: request the application to check your purchase status with the Google Play Store.
Manage storage: check and free up the storage space filled by your magazines
How to navigate: read the basic instructions on how to move around within the application
Help & FAQ`s: access the Frequently Asked Questions and where appropriate raise a customer service ticket.

Notes: Depending on the publisher, a "Special Issues" section can be included within the home page found in the app. These publications are bonus issues which can be purchased and downloaded.
