Troubleshooting: My Purchase is Not Being Displayed

If you are seeing the "buy now" or "subscribe" options rather than "download" or "view" please note

• Subscriptions are for future issues only (not back issues),
• Google Play customers that can not see current/future issues please restore purchases.
• Google Play customers do not have user names or passwords and do not need to sign in to the app
• Publisher customers should contact the publisher if they are missing any issues (Settings > Contact Us)
