How to Apply for a Refund for Google Play Purchases

In App purchases are made with Google Play.  Refunds may be available by completing the form available at Google Play Customer Support > Newsstand > Request a refund. The form must be complete within a certain time from receiving the receipt of the In-App Purchase.
