When the app changes providers it is necessary:
1) If you purchased on the Apple iTune App - Restore these
2) If you purchased on the Google Play App - Restore these
3) If you purchased into via the publisher or another source, first of all please ensure that your subscription allows you to have digital access. If you have a user name and password provided from the publisher please sign in. If you do not have a user name or password please contact the publisher or place of purchase for this information.
Please note that during the the launch of a new app, it is normal that not all issue are available immediately. Please refer to the in app announcements for information about the number of back issues available. Alternatively please contact the publisher since this is under their control
